For Part Time care:
4 days a week can include any combination of days
3 days a week must include either a Monday or Friday
2 days a week can include any combination of days
1 day a week can be any day

The payment to secure your spot is equal to:
A one time non-refundable registration fee of $125
Deposit equal to one full month's tuition of our posted rate, which will be used towards your child’s final month of tuition. Please note, this amount is not including the CCFRI reduction because of our requirement to renew the CCFRI each year and the potential changes in CCFRI amounts decided by the government. Due to this we need to collect the entire tuition amount and upon withdrawal will refund any excess amount paid.
Your deposit is refundable provided we receive 30 days written notice prior to your start date. Once enrollment begins, we require one calendar month’s notice prior to withdrawal.
Moving forward, your monthly fee will be the parent portion listed on the Tuition Fees page

Waitlist
If you are looking for a start date in 2025 or later please add yourself to our waitlist below. We anticipate having space in 2025 and will be in touch about how to enrol in the fall.
Other Information
Gradual Entry: We offer gradual entry, we feel that this is the most effective way to make your child feel comfortable at daycare and gradual entry schedules can be customized to meet the needs of your child. This is recommended but not mandatory.
Parents Returning to Work: We recommend if parents are returning to work that you enroll your child in daycare a month before your return. This allows time for a gradual entry schedule. Gradual entry schedules can help ease your child into the daycare routine, allowing them to become familiar with the environment and caregivers at their own pace. It can also give you peace of mind knowing that your child is comfortable and settled into their new routine before you return to work.
Pro D Days: Our Junior Kindergarten program will follow the Langley Meadows Elementary Pro D Day Schedule. Out of School Care children will have care available on these days
School Closures: We will be closed on Statutory Holidays. Winter Break will be from December 24-January 1st
Tuition: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month by preauthorized debit. Please visit our Tuition Fees page for more information on fees.
Premium Service: We are currently offering the meal service program through our partnership with The Lunch Lady. We are exploring the option of offering additional hours and a weekend day of care, the launching of this program is contingent on reaching a minimum enrolment threshold.
